At LifeGear Center, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across South Africa.

Shipping Method

We use Aramex South Africa (Store-to-Door) for all deliveries.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
  • Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we work closely with our courier partner, LifeGear Center cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Strikes or logistical disruptions
  • Public holidays

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. LifeGear Center is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
